Eating should be simple - but somehow it has gotten hard.  Even exhausting at times.  There are so many choices, and so many voices, all presenting themselves to us as we decide what to put into our bodies.  How can we know what the right choices are?  The right voices to listen to?

The right voice is the one inside you, the voice that knows intuitively what you need, and when, and why.  To tune back in and listen to that voice, maybe all you need is a little NUTRinspiration!

NUTRinspiration is all about exploring our intuition when it comes to healthy food choices.  It is about eating with gratitude, intelligence, love, kindness and self-care in mind.  In this workshop, we will discuss easy to integrate tools from Eastern and Western medicine that aim to heal, inspire and nourish your body, mind and beyond.
