Limited Capacity filling up
This inspirational talk will invite you to look into your heart and soul and find what's truly important to you. It will give you a chance to release fears and limitations and see the miraculous creature you are and what you are truly capable of.

All Levels Welcome

Students should bring a journal and a pen. Expect to two or three brief writing exercises, a guided meditation and a chance to sing a very funny song.
