Using the three-season approach of Ayurveda, Western nutrition principles, and the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga, you can learn to “Eat Your Yoga” with Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Health Coach, Master Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer Sarajean Rudman. Enjoy creating shopping lists, meal-planning, and the exploration into balancing both the subtle and physical practice of yoga with your real, daily life to land you in your healthiest body ever!
