Sound Healer Michelle Clifton will lead the group in a simple phrase and gesture for opening the heart and soul. She will have the group lay down on their backs in a comfortable position with heads laying toward the bowls. She will place bowls on everyone in the room allowing them to experience the healing vibrations of the Singing Bowls. ”The Tibetan Singing Bowls create a celestial harmonic sound that resonates with our own energy field. The rhythmic sounds of the singing bowls have a profoundly healing effect on the nervous system affecting our mind, body and soul. Feel your stress melt away and experience deep relaxation and a sense of peace and well-being.”
