One small shift can be the spark that leads to a more fulfilling life. Through our SHiFT workshop, participants learn how to identify the habits in their lives that are getting in the way of them living their best life. We reveal the science behind why we do the things we do, how our brains hold us back, and how we can rewire ourselves to live bigger, better, and more authentic lives. By guiding participants through simple but powerful techniques that cultivate greater self-awareness, including meditation and mindfulness tools, we provide a concrete process for making a shift. 

Students should bring: notebook and pen

Students can expect: Self reflection and work on cultivating self awareness. Short meditations. Goal setting. Sharing and practicing vulnerability.
