Join Olgu Merandy as she leads you through an invigorating movement sequence that links the rhythm of breath and movement to the uplifting energy of music. This class combines the modalities of asana and pilates, and will focus on creating an explorative and mindful practice. Jesse Merandy of the Breakneck Boys will play live music during the class as we flow. Let’s meet for movement, contemplation, and celebration and let the good vibrations move us!
