Our voice within can be both challenging to hear and easy to ignore. Join Amy as she takes you on a journey that will expose hidden wisdom that you already possess within; through lecture, movement, and self-inquiry. The practice begins with a brief introduction to the Shadow-Self, continues with asana, and closes with intention setting. Expect to befriend that weakness or shame with love and ease. 

Students should bring/wear: Yoga clothes, Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps), Water bottle, An open mind, Journal or Notebook & Pen

Students should expect: Students can expect to be exposed to classic yoga philosophy, practice self-study through journaling and self-inquiry as well as explore sensations and emotions in the body through yoga postures and meditation. 

Take this class if: You are ready to feel inspired and more connected to the path you imagine your life to be on!
