Combining art, music and yoga, this class will unleash your creativity and help you reach into the deepest parts of your soul. Using our bodies as canvas and special glow in the dark body paint, we will start by turning each other into works of art. We will then unite our breath and radiant bodies for a glowing yoga session, with soul-shaking music, for an experience like you've never had before! It is the ultimate union, of body, mind and soul, taken to an art form!

Students should bring/wear: Yoga clothes that you don't mind getting some paint on (though the paint is washable). Skimpier outfits give you more body canvas to paint ;)
Yoga Mat

Students should expect: A feast for the senses, this intelligently weaved yoga flow with fast paced music and glowing body art, will allow students to immerse themselves fully into the present moment and leave their everyday reality behind. The flow will be rhythmic and might be challenging to follow if you are very new to yoga, but there will be instruction and modifications offered to make it suitable for a broad range of levels.

Take this class if: You love art, music, yoga or just plain having fun!

All Levels Welcome!
