This gentle vinyasa flow class will take you through the Five Tools of Mindful Resilience from the Veterans Yoga Project: Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude.

Students should bring/wear: Comfortable clothing, Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps), Water bottle, An open mind

Students can expect: Intention setting, breathing techniques, guided rest/meditation (10 minutes), mindful and slow asana practice with variations.

Take this class if: Interested in Mindful Resilience and the mind-body practices, want a slower paced asana practice, to rest and meditate.

Great for Beginners!
