Ever feel out of breathe while practing vinyasa? Ever wonder what the hype about inhaling and exhaling is all about? Puzzled by ujjayi breath or just want to experience it's benefits more fully?

This vinyasa based class will concentrate on that powerful connection to breath, and leave plenty of breathing space while practicing a dynamic flow.

Beginning with a short pranayama (breathwork), we will unlock and connect to the true power of the breath, and carry that over into our flow.

Expect this class to be a powerful practice, set to some inspiring and motivating music. It will include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and inversions, but also allow space to breathe, fully and deeply.
Students willl not only experience how the breath can power their practice forward, but also find how it's power can lead to a more mindful and meaningful experience, both on and off the mat.
