For first timers and well-conditioned SUPpers alike, this class is designed to build strength throughout the entire core, including obliques, transverse abs, and pelvic floor. Some traditional techniques and isolation drills may seem simple enough on land but add the instability on water, and core engagement takes on a whole new feeling. Guaranteed to float your boat, er navasana. One hour and 15 minutes. Bathing suit or water-wear recommended.
