Limited Capacity filling up

The majority of us feel very tight and limited in our lower bodies leading to back pain, discomfort and even low, sometimes even negative energy from the mere thought of sitting for a long time. This workshop is dedicated to gradually opening and discovering the possibly of being able to release the tension that surrounds our hips, spine and pelvic floor muscles. Learn the basic yoga postures needed to enhance your mobility and shine a light on the current patterns that interrupt the body from opening up and releasing! 

Students should bring wear: comfortable clothes, Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps), Water bottle, An open mind

Students should expect: Students should expect alignment based yoga, strong musical energy and a LOT of fun. Blocks are great, bolsters if possible.  

Take this class if: You want to forget that you are opening up the stickiest parts of your body!
