Moving on the breath, pausing to witness and feel gratitude, we’ll salute the earth, the moon, the sun and the stars. This nourishing practice, including asana, kriyas and mudras, will be sequenced to balance the mind, open the energy lines and awaken Shakti. Join Ellen Forman for this inspiring ​class.

Students should expect: Eclectic vinyasa based class including kriyas, mudras; which includes a balance of seated, standing and reclined​ poses, with a variation of dynamic movement and holding poses, as well as a short meditation. Gentle hands on assists. Modifications will be offered. Props optional. 

Students should bring/wear: comfortable clothes Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps)

Take this class if: You want a nourishing practice that opens the energy lines and awakens your gratitude.
