This class is perfect for those who just want to f l o a t on. We will move slow like honey in this simple, beginner style standup paddle board yoga class. We’ll get into the ooey gooey tension of the hips and shoulders making for the most delicious savasana you have yet to experience on water. Prepare to move little, but breathe lots. Includes a longer savasana and meditation.

Students should bring/wear: Bathing Suit / Wet suit / Something to get Wet in

Students should expect: meditation, savasana, breathing in and out with the ebbs and flows of water.

Take this class if: You want to relax and experience the effects of yoga and mediation while FLOATIING!
