In this 90-minute class, renowned Hudson Valley teacher Julian Paik will lead yoga students of all levels on a dynamic, well-balanced and uplifting practice. A "smart" approach will be emphasized, with detailed attention being paid to alignment, breathing and isolating moments of dharana (concentration). An inspirational practice for all! 

Students should expect: Poses will be held a bit longer than you may be used to, and we will move with beautiful grace and keen awareness. 

Students should bring/wear: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, water bottle.
