Join us for an excursion into the forest & learn to identify native plant medicine species of the Hudson Valley. Brad will lead a guided walk into the forest, identifying & discussing the properties of native medicinal plants & trees encountered along the trail. Specific uses, contraindications and recipes will be discussed.

This hike will meet by the Gazebo at the Shakti Lawn, outside of the Festival Office
