MAYfest 2017

This group of gifted artists have woven together their talents and passions to share with you the healing power of a therapeutic style of yoga enhanced by live sound waves and vibration of Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, gong bath, kamelngoni, stringed instruments, tuning forks and chanting which deeply harmonize the mind, body and spirit.

Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps), An open mind, Yoga blanket

Take this class if: You would like to slow down and just "be" in a pose allowing yourself the time receive the benefits of relaxation and renewal through the practice of therapeutic yoga and sound healing vibrations.

Students should expect: Students should expect a therapeutic style of yoga, yin and restorative poses, enhanced with live chanting, drumming, and Tibetan singing bowls as well as hands on assists to help students achieve deep relaxation.
