Could there be such a thing as an all levels handstand class? Handstand is one of the most rewarding and fun skills you can learn. No matter where you are in your handstand journey (including brand new) come and learn the anatomy of handstand as well how to safely prepare, progress and eventually have lots of fun on your hands! Each student will get a personal feedback and some tools to help you take the next step in your hand balance practice.  

Students should wear comfortable clothes and bring: Yoga Mat, Support Props if they have them (blocks / straps), Water bottle, An open mind

Take this class if: You are interested in learning how to develop a safe and effective hand balance practice.

Students should expect: Handstands, wrist exercises and release techniques, shoulder strength and mobility work, lots of core strengthening and alignment techniques
