Root Down & Rise Up: a Gentle Flow
Feedback form is now closed.
Limited Capacity seats available

This class will begin with a supine meditation connecting us to the earth allowing us to release anything that is not serving us. From there we will stay close to the ground and move through a slow and easeful opening up of our muscles to prepare us to eventually rise up to standing and balancing poses.

We will stay upright for 1/3 of the class eventually moving back to the earth where you will receive a gentle shoulder press with aroma therapy and rest. This class is ideal for any level practitioner.

Students should bring: water, straps or blocks if you need them

Take this class if: you want a gentler approach. Will be at a slower pace and focus on releasing negativity

Students should expect: 10 minute meditation, 45 minutes of movement, 10 min savasana. The will be no chaturungas in this class. This will be a level 1 gentle flow with some hands on assists. We will work with our first chakra and there will be aromatherapy at the end. having a strap and a block recommended
